Re: What do you think of certain talk show hosts?

Letterman in the 80s and 90s was the absolute greatest. He was such a sarcastic *beep* but somehow lovable with it. As bored as he got with the job in his later years, I do still miss him. Conan's always been first rate at the remotes but I've never been overly keen on his desk shtick of being an awkward nerd. Carson had a wonderful ability to make anyone seem interesting by virtue of the mere fact that he was conversing with them. A rare skill. That goes for Tom Snyder, too. Both incredibly genial and classy gentlemen.

Leno sucked, Kilborn I liked (reminded me of a young Letterman), Ferguson I found irritating and smarmy, Fallon I can't take to, Kimmel has good bits but lacks charisma, Meyers has no charisma and no good bits.

Yea, Letterman's a great guy, for some reason reminds me of Josh Groban. I miss him, too.

Conan is pleasant.

Carson I think jumps started Ellen DeGeneres and Victoria Jackson from SNL (born 1959.) What can I do to be like Victoria Jackson or Johnny Depp?

Tom Snyder sounds cool.

Kilborn looks nice. Like Letterman, eh?

Fallon is a bit out there but very smart and cool and friendly.

Kimmel, that's good he's getting along. Another funny dude with dark hair.

Meyers! 😁
