I was able to sit for about 48 minutes and do weight lifting with Body Beast - Beach Body. I get bored with most workouts or sore, but this was great. I can adjust my weights to proper size. I feel pumped up. I went down to 10 minute a day before with regular exercise and then to like 2 minutes from a book at a time/per day sometimes. It doesn't replace my aerobic exercise of jogging at least 1/2 hour a day, so I need both + 2 dieting plans - using NutriBulletRX for fruits and veggies to extract vitamins and Try Food Lovers. It tells you to increase metabolism by eating every 2-3 hours and having a variety of foods via the 3 meals a day + the snacking exists in between every 2-3 hours til an hour before bed or something like that. There are 3 kinds of foods, slow carbs (like veggies and I think at least some beans,) fast carbs (like fruits and breads,) and proteins. There are also fats, which I think includes nuts.
All you need for Body Beast is a weight lifting bench, which is easy to manipulate, and weights that you can lift about 10 times in a row. I have a set of 2, 3, 5, and 8. This time was mostly 2 and 3. There are other optional equipment I think.
So, adding the help of NurtiBullet and balancing my diet with Try Food Lovers, I can still eat the foods I love on the side or if that means main meal partly. A good meal is a good thing.
