I wish I were on a program....

in which I do lots of physical activity each day, like before.  It seems like I will do it again next Spring.  Meanwhile, I go to a support group..  I will jog outside.  I have floor workouts, as well, maybe I just don't feel like it now.  Before I know it, it'll be 6:00 A.M.
