Getting in Shape

I used to be almost 170 pounds.  I went down to 161.8 after a day or so of fasting and doing the Brazilian Butt Lift as for my regular 1 hour 15 minutes of jogging per day.  I took a break from jogging recently.  I am still dieting.  My mom asked if I knew if I lost weight, so I weighed myself this morning and found I was 158.7 or I think 157.8.  I weighed myself just now and was 158.2.  I'm pretty sure it would be 157.8, but I'm not all sure.  So, I've lost 10 pounds in a month.
