The 20/20 Diet

Dr. Phil says food is not to be used for celebration nor like pleasure, only nutrition.  I can reach in my sack and come up with a counter statement I believe that says you need fats, oils, and sweets to support your metabolism.  I also find something funny because I actually live to eat.  I do not understand because food that is nutritious does taste good, except weird things like peppers and big pieces of tomatos.
