I tagged the last post.
Why are you programming me to think bad people were good?
Imagine if you can never "have a bad day."
Some people are scared, like little mice.
You can't sit there and waste my time and tell me who to get close to and how.  In a way I don't like.  Why don't you do it?
I will not forgive you for this.  Saying because I got upset I can't have a relationship.

Problems Blog Entry
When I hit stuff, it's in my room when no one's there and someone did something to me.  I don't seem to do it much these days.  And boring in public, too.
You can't take away my coping skills.
What about when people suck up so they will get more attention than you?
What do you think of when people try to make you be bad?  Like, when it's something quick and deep?

I GUESS THAT MEANS ..  YOU WEREN'T REALLY .. THAT BAD!

Dr. Phil - Facebook

I kinda have no comment being Dr. Phil knows people misdiagnose.  It is my understanding a mental disorder is either A a chemical imbalance found starting in the brain or B a specific problem someone experiences in trying to think of pretty much easy or basic things.  I think that people who are struggling don't even necessarily have depression.

New Submissions to Dr. Phil Show!

February 11, 2015

Dear Dr. Phil Show,

I used to be incessantly called nothing but "shy, sweet, and smart."

My big question is why are like most of the people in the world so mean to me now when before I was "Miss Perfect" to everyone all the time?  This has gone on since I was 20, nearing 10 years ago.

--- ---

Several things made me start feeling guilty from others:

• Age 7/+: Forgetting to Write: I forgot to write my little girl cousin in Indonesia until I was over 18.

• Age 11: Joking Around: I said as a friendly joke, "Oh, no," to my dad when he came home because I didn't finish my homework.

• Age 16: My Grades Dropping: I lost an A in 1 subject in high school and was distracted by counselors during other classes wherein my grades then dropped.  I was hospitalized and temporarily given medicine for schizophrenia.

• Age 19: Kicked Out of My College Major: I was kicked out of my major in Music Education and singing lessons told I was too shy, at a prestigious school I chose to accept the scholarship from.

• Age 19-26: Flunked Out: Like flunked out with mostly medical withdrawals or was withdrawn from college 8 times. There were loud noises around me a lot of the time.

• Age 21+: Bullied Online: I was bullied online and punched a hole in my wall.

• Age 22: Store Cards: I used store cards my parents do not want to pay back using my allowance.

• Age 23: Online Fighting: I thought someone wanted me to call them the N word, and now the whole world knows..  It was Tim Burton's young daughter.

• Age 23: The Mental Hospital: I was called on 911 I think for throwing things but that didn't break and the police took me to the mental hospital for a month and another time for a month after being kicked outta school, when I had called the police while at my therapist with my parents after being kicked out.  I was kicked out supposedly for strange reasons like using the bathroom during too many classes and seeming to fall behind.

• Age 25: Noises Put in My Room: When I started watching Ellen DeGeneres on TV, I thought she put noises in my room to bother me and I cursed a lot about it, without anyone indicating specifically "to stop or else."  ..but now, she manipulates my life even more by like talking thru my parents and other people I see, giving opinionated messages about me.  Other people do this, too.

--- ---

Other Useful Information:

• Age 23+: My Period: My female period is unusually light and I got a small tumor under/on my pituitary gland below the brain which caused me to lose my period while on a mental health medicine.  The tumor stopped growing, tho, when I got off the medicine, tho my period is still unusually light and I feel more vacant.

• My Race: I am multiracial/biracial.  My mom is Chinese-Indonesian, and my dad is white American but unsure if I am probably 1/32 or less Native American indian because the records burned down supposedly.

Thank you so much!

Sincerely,
Christina Barrett

Dear Dr. Phil Show,

I am not like that exactly, but I am consumed with the internet and my problems, which you would describe as mental disorder.  I spent a lot of time writing to Dr. Phil and posting purely about little Eurekas in the world of "mental disorder" or just hanging out online often onto things of this nature, problems in my life, where people keep acting like I'm bad and have mental issues.  I have a default submission I like to submit to Dr. Phil: http://christinabarrett4.wix.com/drphil.  You can check out my blog @ http://www.christinabarrett.com.  It's mostly psychological Eurekas..

Thank you so much!

Sincerely,
Christina Barrett

Racial Discrimination

How can you be the only person allowed to make a point just because certain people give you racial discrimination?  Other people also experience racial discrimination.

I know I forgot to post this.

My parents still hate me, even if I was diagnosed for mental health pills. Some people said it was due to a chemical imbalance in my brain, but they didn't test for it in a brain scan. Ask yourself this, does the paarent make loud, annoying noises? Not just does the Sweet 16 or 17 slam the door harder sometimes maybe for character but not so loud that it breaks. If the parent is looking to change, it looks like guilt. About the fine print of avoiding others for awhile, that's hard to believe that a child is frustrated tho does not do illegal things like drugs that they need to be pinned down rather than "confront" others. That's like the bad old habit rehashed about "hiding from your problem." It could be a faulty statement feeling-wise and judged so. It is like an oath of submission to blame your bad parenting skills on a mental illness your child does not have. It would be acquired from your bad parenting, even if so. I don't care about family unity. They all have children of their own and tender to them, instead of to you, in the end. We should open up to the world. That's "what" really tends to take place. Unite as a community. That's the messages parents feed off of. Why did this article go backwards and say to involve guidance counselors and such in the students's life, especially teachers? I had that happen to me just for 1 grade in a hard class dropping and me looking more mellow or private those days. That ruined my life. I just felt opened up and things began to have a snowball effect. If the child is seen as drawing away in the age of like 16 or 19 is the sign they deserve more freedom not more holding them back!

Why do people hang over the term narcisstic, lotta people online.

He has to "be" popular. He can't just say something someone doesn't like and think they'll come back begging for his attention..
Sometimes, people have something to say, but it is of no meaning.  They need to wait and think of a good idea.

Dr. Phil - Facebook

The recent episodes and cases have been rather mellow and ballistic.  Sometimes, it seems, people just want to inject a message into your life but really have nothing to say.  I'm in that situation.  Like pressing a button just because you're bored.

My goal so far is to take math at a community college in the summer.

(Thinking thru My Goals: My goal so far is to take math at a community college in the summer.  I'm excited about math again the next semester I guess.  Maybe the next 2 semesters can be science.  I've set a lotta goals having to do with college.  I took high school as it came.  I didn't know which school I'd be going to weeks before starting high school and even during the summer before college.  On my goal as school, it sounds like a monotonous drone of slavework that I am trying to complete to have my General Studies AA complete..  After this, I have English 2 and Speech/Communications.. probably a History course and hopefully have finished some of the Humanities.  I could even make it a goal to take honors classes when available.  I did want to graduate with honors.  Interesting??)

What Making Goals Can Do: It makes other things pop up, other concerns to improve and ruling out problems.  Goals can be snatched from you, even at the chance of once in your lifetime a kind of fruition.

What I Regret: I was not mature enough to realize it was my repsonsibility to stay in school, despite what I was told.  I could have taken a bus from home.

What if the girl is in more trouble for loitering?  She is white and should not feel pain of racism to mess up her actions.  I don't even know why she was unconscious to begin with.  I'm sure there's something hanging up there, tho, I can feel it.  I wonder who influenced that boy.  I don't believe him, tho, neither, in that he was too drunk to control hisself cuz it was too premeditated, like they said about the murderer on 48 Hours who strangled the girl he was with.

That rings a bell, the girl wasn't protecting herself, it seems.

I'm just so upset about the sentence.  This thought appeared for some reason, and I don't drink.

Dr. Phil - Facebook

Why do adults feel more sorry for the bad kids? What about good kids like me who had to fight to be able to enjoy attention?  We have problems, too.  If you think long and hard about it you'd find that everyone is either a yappity yap about saying people deserve to be hurt/punished or themselves indulge in bad things such as racism.  I think Dr. Phil grew up when white people lived with racial acceptance served on their plate if they were white.  Some white people are afraid to admit everyone has something to offer that they feed off of and that mixed people can be very "white."  I think mixed people are all bitter about what happened to them.  I'd know.  I've met/seen them online enough to know.  I guess my blog and posts online are like a talk show of my own moderation.  I just wanted to support your comment and hope this one was good with diversity/anti-racism.

to fan (thinking about life sentence for rape..)

I'm gonna go ahead and say he didn't kill her and this is bad stuff.

---

I hope Dr. Phil didn't do it.  (The sentence.)  The boy probably got life sentence for saying he didn't recall, so he might do it again.

---

But Dr. Phil himself is afraid of some things.  People are afraid to help people who claim to be emotionally abused.  It's not all about rape and the rest is okay.

  • Sandi Kosobucki Dr Phil was so over the top. Yes this kid is bad and yes he's in jail..So this guy put him on trial again. ..Why?, he's never getting out of jail...
    • Christina Barrett What about all the other people with lesser sentences? A young couple, the girl gave the car keys to the guy, got 30 to 40 years in prison for drunk driving and I think they killed someone by accident. I think this guy was conscious when he did the rape. It was too meditated. Strange how that is. Yes, they were white and from somewhere in the South or Midwest, I think.

When I went college touring, I saw at least 1 or 2 implimented a safety mechanism wherein there is a huge button you cam press on a pole if someone attacks.

My suggestion is to start planting cameras all around your town.  It's worked before I've seen in traffic.  You could make out the dead body in the back of the truck, one of the freakiest revelations I've been presented with, on Forensic Files when I used to watch until I started noticing too many reruns.  I think most of it is old stuff.

I don't see why we can't always use DNA or footprint residue to see if the crime is someone they know.

By having all these prevention mechanisms, we can discourage criminals from carrying out the deed.

I think an even bigger problem is those in society with big mouths, saying everyone is bad and in trouble for little things when they felt upset.  However, these people are innocent yet get stormed at by certain kinds of people in society.  There are goody 2 shoes who just wanna bother people and make them look bad by saying they back talked them in thought, when they were the ones who started being mean.  I have people do that to me all the time.  It happened that way online, and I got kicked out most of the time when I wasn't even saying anything bad back but just arguing lightly moreso.  This was 2008.  I've lost a lot along the way, including my dignity.  I don't know who starts these thoughts, but they all seem to think together.

Good show!

Dr. Phil - Submission

February 9, 2015

Dear Dr. Phil Show,

Hi, this is Christina Barrett.  I am 28 years old and live on SSI/disability for a medical disorder I don't believe I have, namely schizophrenia and possibly bipolar and autism (Aspergers.)  I live with my parents still.  I come from a mixed race family, half Chinese form mom and half white/Caucasian form dad.

My life is very miserable and has been for a long time.  I think what really started it was when my dad came home from work when I was 11, I wasn't finished with my homework and was shy around him and thought it was funny I said, "Oh, no," until one day alone my mom got mad and finally said I should stop.  I have grown up always been called shy, sweet, and smart.  Now, people always act like there's something wrong with me and I feel bother me so I can't feel like I can move on from the emotional abuse.  It's like I don't seem as European anymore and have gained weight from eating candy in college years ago, which I have lost and am pretty good in at least maintaining.  So, people are judging me.  I also started to get tired of doing schoolwork then, and it was like this sudden change did not matter.  That's basically what happened, but I have a webpage set up that explains a lot of things that have happened to me: http://christinabarrett4.wix.com/drphil.

There are bigger reasons that people get mad at me.  They just like to accuse me of things and discriminate on other things because they found out my mom's race.  It's like I don't matter to anyone, anymore, and like my life doesn't matter.  I was gonna move out, but my family said to stay.  However, before and after they tell me to leave, as well, right then.  It doesn't really happen.  I argue my way out.  The pills I take my mom said I have to take or else I have to leave.  However, it makes me too tired to get a job and work.  I told my psychiatrist and that I didn't have these mental disorders, but he doesn't care.  I can see he just did it for my mom.  I merely got mad and threw things around but not too much to where I'd break anything.  I kept feeling irritated by my mom for some reason, maybe like I wanted her approval when I ran into her in the house.  One of the most crazy things tho is when I cursed online at the noises people put in my room using little speakers around my room.  People just don't accept me anymore, epsecially it seems sometimes my dad.  I wanted to get a career and move out, but after 1 year in college at age 18 they said that I was too shy to major in Music Education and take Singing.  I had chosen a scholarship at this supposedly to some prestigious university, Loyola University New Orleans.  They told me to go on a long break, eventually.  I just don't know where my future is.  I want to start community college and graduate before I leave home.  I am just worried the medicine will make me tired.  I might be able to start in the summer and finish the next summer taking 2 or 3 courses per semester.

My main problem in writing is why people are all so mean to me, when I used to be considered shy, sweet, and smart.  That's what everyone said.  Now, with all the chaos in the world, things have really changed.  It seems to be for the reasons I stated in the website I link and what I said here.  I believe those are all attempts to get at me and I didn't really do anything bad.

Thank you so much.

Sincerely,
Christina Barrett

Re: Are Jews white?

Not if you mean if they could be categorized as another race. Their skull seems to look different, like between white and black. Same with Middle Easterner. I guess they're not white.

I'm finding these very different cultures have very different skulls. Spain, Italy, Jews. The African skull seems a lot smaller than the rest. Asians have more in common with white people than Southern Europeans. Even though we thought they were all the same. 1 reason may be that Asians/Chinese came to Europe long ago, to Germany and the Norse countries, as far as I know. I think the Jews may have come all over. I wouldn't forget about later on the Anglo-Saxons.

It's funny, being 1/2 Asian, I still feel white, but I don't get treated like that's okay. Either that or I have other problems inflicted upon myself. I wish people would accept all races, cuz it'd be nice to create a new mixed white super race. And the similarities between Middle Easterners and blacks seem greater than with Asians but the same in being close to white.

Ah!

I just did my laundry.  I ironed and have a full load of sweaters washing.
